Admission Requirements

1. Must have completed all prerequisites.
2. Possess a current California LVN or PT license.
3. Must have completed application procedure and have placement on the “Applicant List.”
4. Satisfactory completion of Nursing 90 Nursing Transitions (3.5 units) with a grade of “C” or better.
5. File application for placement on the Mobility Placement List following satisfactory completion of Nursing 90 Nursing Transitions. This form is available from the Health Science Counseling office.
