Application Procedure

1. Application packets must be completed in person at the  Health Science Counseling Office, Health Science Building Cypress College
   9200 Valley View Street
   Cypress, California 90630-5897
   
2. Application must be made during the month of February for the following Fall enrollment.
   
3. March 15-- all OFFICIAL transcripts (except Cypress and Fullerton Colleges) and RDA certificate verification must be submitted to the Health Science Counseling Office.  For questions, please contact the Health Science Counseling Office.  714-484-7270
   
4. Determination of acceptance is based upon the Selection Criteria.  See Selection Criteria page.
   
5. PLEASE NOTE: F-1 visa students will not be accepted for admission into any program when application by qualified U.S. citizens exceed space available.
