Application Procedure

• Application must be completed in person in the Health Science Counseling office the month of February.
• All official documents (GED and/or high school and college transcripts) must be returned to Health Science Counseling office by March 15^th.
• Applications normally exceed capacity. See selection criteria for details. Selection criteria is subject to change.
